Illex John Drop Shot & Lure Weights are handy accessory thats lets you quickly change the swimming depth of any chosen Lure.  The grenade shape and gridded shapped body help hold the stell stem in place so you don't lose the weight when casting, working the Lure or more importantly when playing fish.  Simply attach the John Weight as close to the centre of gravity of hte Lure as you can and you can instantly fish deeper.
