Illex Nitro S 200 MH-H Blue Specimen 20-100g is designed to cover lighter vertical fishing tactics with soft baits and jigs. Illex wanted to create a short strong rod sensitive enough to work lures with precise and sharp animations yet with the backbone to tackle trophy-sized fish in deep water. Wreck fishing for pollock, cod or julienne, light jigging in the Mediterranean or the tropics (Guadeloupe, Reunion, Panama, Costa Rica, etc.). The rod will also handle light tropical lure fishing either casting or trawling. Featuring the latest FUJI components. Fitted with FUJI ALCONITE K guides eliminate the risk of frap-ups. The EVA handle sits above the KDPS reel seat that helps when working jigs and lures and gives extra security when playing big fish. The reel seat features a counter screw for extra security and there is a fighting butt that can be attached to a harness if required.
