Monkey Lures Purge Glider 175mm 73g is a great swimbait that we have developed specifically for pike fishing. It has a length of 175mm and a weight of 73g, which makes it a decent bite for our native predators. The lure is floating and dives between 0.1-1.2 m deep. During a spin stop, the lure floats seductively and slowly upwards to keep even experienced predators happy. It convinces with a smooth and extremely realistic running behavior, which can be achieved even under slow pulls. Due to the three-piece body, the Purge Glider swims like a real fish, so hungry predators can only fall for this lure. Due to the shallow barrel, you can use the hardbait well in polders or in shallow stretches of water. Not only when casting, but also when trolling, the lure is the right choice. If the pike lure is to be presented deeper, it offers the possibility to attach an additional weight to the eyelet provided for this purpose on the underside of the head. To make the swimbait even more catchy, the ultra-sharp treble hooks are attached to ball-bearing barrel swivels to reduce the drop-out rate during the fight. We also used a barrel swivel for the eyelet in the head area, where the snap is hooked, to absorb the forces generated during the fight with the predatory fish. A colour selection of six distinctive decors, which are coordinated down to the smallest detail, make this artificial lure a real eye-catcher for anglers and, of course, fish.
